April was another busy month with tons going on. We celebrated Easter with lots of Easter Egg hunts and egg coloring and time with family...
Hunting eggs with cousins...these 2 cuties are only 3 days apart....we have lots of little ones in the family now - the egg hunts will really be fun next year when all the little ones are running around too...

Also in April, the kids had their Spring Music Program at school. They were both excited to sing their little hearts out....well ok..Brookie was ;) But Cannon loved posing for pics..LOL!
I still can't believe Brooklynn is one of the "bigger" kids at the school now....just doesn't seem possible. I remember when she first started, when I saw those "bigger" kids then, that seemed so far away - they were so well behaved and walked in a line with their hands folded behind their backs...I kept telling myself my crazy girl will never be that.....but guess what...2 short years later...here we are - she's one of the "big" kids!
Brooklynn was so excited - she is always singing all the songs around the house - and she definitely didn't disappoint that night either. She loves singing and acting out all the songs....
They save the youngest kids for last...b/c like I mentioned before, their attention span is next to nothing...so they come in at the very end to do their thing. LOL...Cannon at the end looking everywhere else other than where he is walking - typical Cannon - hahahaha!
And unfortunately, right where we sat, we had our view blocked of Cannon by his teacher....she definitely needs to stay near my kid....he is crazy! Here is pretty much the only clear shot I got of him....taken from the TV screen up on the wall...hahahaha.
And still...Cannon looking everywhere else around him. He really could care less about the singing and dancing..he was too busy watching everyone else!
